The time I did something brave was when I had to stay home with my brother.

It was a long night and my family was all over at my aunties house. We lived down the alleyway from her house. Me and my brother Kingston and I walked home through the alleyway because it was getting boring and we walked home at night and I was scared but my brother said “Don’t worry we are almost home” and I said “Ok that’s good”.
When we got home I ran into the house with my brother and locked the doors and went into his room to play on his PS3 with him. I love playing with him. Then I heard my puppies whelping so I looked after them in the dark.

2019 Highlights

Diwali Art

Yesterday my class went into Room 10 to do some Diwali Art but I wasn't here. Diwali is a Indian new year that indians and some others celebrate. When it is Diwali you share sweets and savouries with your neighbours. I have been to a diwali festival before with my dad and I saw some people wearing henna. The reason I went to the festival was because I am indian from my dad's side and I really enjoy being indian. At diwali you can also make some wonderful designs using colored sand. Diwali has lots of lights and firework displays and when diwali comes indian's buy new clothes. Diwali is on the 27th of October.

Cross Country/School Fun Run

Yesterday on the 3rd of September we had Cross Country/School Fun Run. There were Juicies on sale as well as Sausage Sizzles and I bought a Juicy because it was a really hot day. When the year 6's were running I came last but I still enjoyed that day. When we finished running we had to do Zumba in the hall because it was raining. Once it stopped raining we went back to class and had morning tea. After that we done some work and had free time then had lunch. After lunch we went to the hall for prize giving. I still got a certificate for participating but nothing else and I was still happy with what I got though.

Snap Fitness

Yesterday James and Alesio came in from Snap Fitness in G.I and we talked about getting strong and fit and they said that on Thursday we have to bring spear clothes because we are going to be playing games and getting fit here are some pictures from Wednesday.

How He Grew Up:Sachar graduated from college and law school, but at

 the same time began writing children's books. He began his full-time writing

Sachar also created the series Sideways Stories from 

Wayside School.

Today Room 9 went to Ambury Farm and we saw lots of cute animals.Here are some photos of what we saw. We saw cows,hen's roosters goats sheep and lambs.When we were finished we went to go explore the farm and we found an exploring zone where a beach was so we went there and there was lots of poo on the ground but no one stepped in it there were lots of rocks around there and we also saw 2 crabs.
